Dr. Jennifer Harris

Dr. Jennifer Harris, PsyD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Jennifer Harris PsyD & Associates, a group practice committed to providing inclusive, collaborative, and client-centered therapy. She leads a diverse team of clinicians offering a wide range of specialties to support the unique needs of individuals across backgrounds and life stages.

Dr. Harris provides individual therapy for adults and college students, both in-person in Chicago and via online therapy across Illinois and PSYPACT-participating states. She specializes in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and phobias, using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other evidence-based approaches. Her style is active, relational, and often incorporates humor to help clients feel at ease, engaged, and supported.

She also has extensive experience working with individuals managing chronic health conditions, including migraines, gastrointestinal disorders, and injury-related pain. Dr. Harris helps clients navigate the emotional and physical challenges of living with long-term medical issues, blending psychological insight with practical strategies for coping and resilience.

Dr. Harris earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and her bachelor's degree from DePaul University.
